To breathe well is

essential for life

No oxygen, no life! We inhale oxygen and exhale toxic gases, and because of this it is important what we inhale and how we do it. Proper breathing includes slow and profound inhalation that increases lymph circulation, induces rapid toxin elimination and immune system strengthening. And this is how we can remain healthy.

In late 19th century, German physician Otto Heinrich Warburg was intensely studying the effect of breathing on our body. For his research he won the Nobel price twice.

His discoveries shocked the world then stating that the cause of most diseases is insufficient body oxygen supply. His research showed that if a body cell is deprived of necessary 35% of oxygen, it will probably turn into cancerous cell in the next 48 hours.
