water –
main body initiator

Water is the source of life, and the main driver of metabolism in the body.

Water helps the process of blood flow from the heart to the lungs and kidneys.

Without water a person can not live for more than four days.

Our body using water maintains blood volume and regulates other bodily fluids thus maintaining normal blood pressure. For each increased degree of body temperature additional 10 grams per kilogram of body fluids are needed.

The body loses water through urine, feces, respiration and perspiration, normally by about 2,5 liters per day.

If we drink inadequate amounts of water, the body shows certain signals: deconcentration, fatigue, and muscle pain.

Not paying attention to the signals we will enter a serious phase of dehydration. However, drinking too much water witout proper mineral intake will increase urination with electrolyte loss and that can cause serious hyponatremia.

These processes in our body are serious and may contribute to illness or poor body condition therefore making it important to seek the expert advice.
